STRATEGY + DESIGN SESSIONS
Need some business design support but not a full package?
If you're familiar with how I think about business design (ie you've worked with me 1:1, attended a training inside another paid program or otherwise know how I approach business) you're in luck!
I offer folks like you 2 choices when it comes to ongoing support: You can choose a package of sessions (1, 2, 4 or 8 sessions) to use over a period of time, or you can choose a Business Review (typically booked on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis).
The Ongoing Sessions are best if you have an immediate burning questions and need my brain for an hour or 2, or if you're looking for ongoing support as you navigate your growth. For 4 and 8 session packages we generally get on the phone every 2 weeks to check in on what's working, what's not and what might have to be tweaked in your model.
The Business Reviews are best if you are clear on where you want to go and are looking for quarterly (or annual, or every 6 months) support to create and evaluate the plan you're using to get there.
Either way you get me and my brain on your business and I get to watch you bust through your challenges, and that's a win/win.
ONGOING SESSIONS
$500-$3000
ONE TIME FEE
✅ Choose between 1, 2, 4 or 8 call packages
✅ Calls are generally every 2 weeks and packages will expire 2 weeks after the last call should have taken place (ie 8 call packages expire after 18 weeks). You can also combine calls into 2 hour blocks to create mini-intensives.
✅ Unlimited email support included between calls.
✅ All calls are recorded for your records.
✅ You have full access to my Resource Library and training tools as needed (paid courses not included).
BUSINESS REVIEW
$1500
ONE TIME FEE
✅ Book quarterly, semi-annual or annual reviews of your business that include:
✅ A pre-session assessment of your current Business Growth Stage, Market Maturity and Product and Marketing Mix.
✅ 2 hour strategy session.
✅ Full email access to me for 2 weeks post-call.
✅ 1, 30 minute check-in call after one month.
✅ All calls are recorded for your records.
✅ You have full access to my Resource Library and training tools as needed (paid courses not included).
