Let's get straight to the point.

You want a business that's stable, sustainable and maybe even ready to grow - to scale.

You also want less drama, more time and a little peace of mind that it's not all going to blow up at a moment's notice.

You want a business that supports you and your team and becomes an asset.

Creating a business like that requires three things:

1. Business Design. Andy Warhol once said "Being good at business is the most fascinating kind of art" and he nailed it.

A well-constructed business plan takes both art and science into account to create a roadmap that will reach your revenue goals while also taking your capacity, your interests and where you currently are in the business into account.

2. Execution. The best business design in the world is worthless if you're not implementing consistently.

In order to grow they way you want you need to be learning at a pace that allows you to make micro-pivots along the way and continually compound your wins.

Business growth does not happen in giant leap to giant leap. It happens when you're learning tiny lessons today and applying those lessons tomorrow.

3. Sequence First: You're going to hear this from me often: The order in which you do things matters a lot more than the what you actually do.

Businesses stall out for years when they start chasing shiny objects and throw spaghetti against walls.

Do the right things in the right order and you'll keep moving forward and you'll be building a business that's an asset - not a passion project and not a hobby - but an asset that will serve you for years to come.

If you're thinking "this sounds great but how do I make it happen?" I have good news for you.

As a business designer my job is to make it happen for you.

Let me show you how.

HOW IT WORKS

First, we build your plan.

Over the course of 6 weeks we will meet virtually 4 times to craft your business plan. That process includes evaluations in the following areas:

Business Stage and Market Maturity Assessment

Your business is always doing 2 things, whether or not you're aware: 1) it is moving through 5 well-defined stages of business growth that every business moves through and 2) it is maturing and evolving, as is the market it operates in and the customers and clients you are selling to.

And when you're not aware of what stage of business growth you're in, or how mature your business is compared to the market and the customers you're marketing to, you are going to run into growth problems. Not because you're doing anything wrong, but because you're doing it in the wrong order or for the wrong people.

Which is why every Profit Tonic starts with a Business Stage and Market Maturity assessment, so we know exactly which stage of  growth you're in and how mature your business, your market and your target customers are. From the, the rest starts to fall into place.

Competitive Positioning Review

Your brand exists within a competitive position whether you want it to or not. So while I firmly believe that there's room for everyone in a market (ie you don't have to take down your competition) I also believe that's true because when you understand your positioning, there will be room for everyone. The problems happen when you don't know what your positioning is.

During the Brainstorm call we'll explore your positioning. For some businesses a slight tweak in positioning changes everything. For others it's less important. That's the beauty of Profit Tonic - we'll explore it all so we know we've found what's getting the way of your growth.

Customer, Product + Marketing Mix Assessment

Once we know your Business Stage, your Market Maturity and your Competitive Positioning we can get busy exploring the public-facing aspects of your business: your customers, your product mix and your marketing strategy.

We'll review all 3 of these centers to see how they're successfully (or not) interacting with each other, and uncover anything that needs to be adjusted based on earlier discoveries around Business Stage, Market Maturity and Competitive Positioning.

The Customer, Product and Marketing Mix assessment is the heart of Profit Tonic - it's where the theory meets action, and where we start putting real plans in place.

Next Steps Diagnostic

Once we've completed your Customer, Product and Marketing Mix assessment we'll start pulling together your Blueprint, and that means understanding your next best steps. In the Next Steps Diagnostic we'll identify your priorities, goals and ideal outcomes for the next 6-12 months.

Growth Plan Creation

The final step. Now that we know your priorities, goals and ideal outcomes are, we'll finalize your Growth Plan. This is a comprehensive document that brings all of your strategy into one place and tells you exactly what to do and when to do it to bring that strategy to life.

"I brought in the same amount of money in 1/3 the time."

[Profit Tonic] completely changed the course of my business. I knew I had to make a pivot but I had no idea how… thank god I found Michelle because in just 1 session we were able to come up with a complete plan and timeline… I am shocked at how much we got done in those sessions."

First, we build your plan.

Over the course of 6 weeks we will meet virtually 4 times to craft your business plan. During that process we'll break down your:

Step 1: Onboarding Assessment

Profit Tonic starts with a customized Onboarding Assessment questionnaire sent to you within 2 days of signing up. It's designed to benchmark where your business is today and give us a headstart so your Interview + Brainstorm is as wildly effective and efficient as possible.

Step 2: The Interview + Brainstorm

Once you complete the Onboarding Assessment I'll get busy prepping for your Interview + Brainstorm.

The Interview + Brainstorm is a 2 hour call where we'll review the results of your Onboarding Assessment and dive into your business specifics.

The goal of the Interview + Brainstorm is to identify what's out of alignment in your business and start to understand how to fix it.

We'll both leave Step 2 with homework that we'll collaborate on between calls.

Step 3: Reflection, Research + Homework

We'll take 10 days between sessions to reflect, research and begin drafting your plan. We'll collaborate on the homework that came out of Session 1 and start filling in details that we'll finalize in Session 2.

Step 4: The Design

The Design call is another 2 hour call where we take everything we've learned in Steps 1-3 and begin finalizing your plan.

During the Design call we'll create your Growth Blueprint, a comprehensive document that lays out a 6-12 month roadmap to get your business back in alignment and growing.

Step 5: You're Ready To Implement

Now that you have your Profit Tonic plan you're ready to implement - now.

You're not on your own, though. We'll continue to collaborate for 30 days as you take your plan to the streets. You'll have daily questions to answer that'll build us a database of information, and we'll wrap up the 30 days with a final, 60 minute call.

During the final call we'll determine what's worked, what hasn't and give you your marching orders moving forward.

Is she really as good as everyone says she is??

That’s was the only hesitation I had when hiring Michelle.

Spoiler alert: SHE IS THAT GOOD.

When I hired Michelle I was working on transitioning from a full-time job + consulting into consulting full-time, and also pivoting into offering retainer-style services instead of project-based ones, and really struggling to try to figure out how to structure/sell/position those services.

It was so freeing to be able to off-load the strategy that I was struggling with to Michelle, and she came back with an ACTIONABLE plan.

My favorite part was that she actually helped me figure out what to prioritize and what I could ignore.

Even better, when I started executing that plan, I saw results almost immediately.

Where before I'd struggled to close one or two deals every few months, after I implemented the plan Michelle developed, I immediately closed 3 deals.

We're about halfway through the year and I've already doubled my income from last year, and that pace is still accelerating and I can directly trace that back to the work I did with Michelle.

My Monthly Mentorship, which had previously topped out at 8 wrtiers at $19,200 revenue, is not sold out at 20 writers and $60,000 revenue.

I started working with Michelle because I'd hit a financial ceiling around $50k annual revenue for part-time work running my business mentoring other writers.

My most popular program couldn't scale, and while I cared deeply for the clients I worked with and believed in the value of what I offered, my own interests and needs as a writer and teacher had changed. I felt trapped and worried if I made the "wrong" move I'd lose it all, but if I didn't do anything, I'd stop loving my work (and my life).

Enter Michelle.

Three months later my Monthly Mentorship, which had previously topped out at 8 writers at $19,200 revenue, is now sold out at 20 writers and $60,000 revenue.

All for the same amount of hours worked per month.

I trust her implicitly, and so should you.

Michelle Warner is a GEM. In a sea of online business coaches, Michelle stands out as someone with vast knowledge of not just online business, but business itself.

Armed with an MBA, Michelle provides expert market analysis, research into current trends in your field, and a business plan to help you grow your business that is unique to your industry and expertise.

There is no cookie-cutter methodology here.

If you’ve tried all the “proven” 6-figure coaches and their techniques don’t seem to work for you, there’s a reason for that.

Most business coaches out there understand online business, but Michelle makes it her business to understand your business, and provides you a customized roadmap based on her complex analysis of your industry, along with your personal goals.

Since working with Michelle I’ve booked a new client every month at my full rate, and, per her roadmap, am set to raise my rates this month.

I can’t say enough about working with Michelle. She gave me ideas I’d never considered, and told me why the things I’d been trying weren’t working.

Yes! I'm Ready to apply for my Profit Tonic!
